Bad Angel Rule #98
Feeling unmotivated? Lost your passion for running? Trying to get back in the habit? Go spectate a race.
It doesn’t have to be a 45,000-person marathon. It could be a small neighborhood 5K. Just get your butt out there and support your community and friends. Make a creative sign. Bang a cow bell. Bring your dog.
Watching all of those people pounding the pavement is inspiring and will remind you of the joy running brings you. It’s also a great way to give back to all of those people who have cheered you on or made you smile during races.
Sometimes it’s easy to get so caught up in our own races and goals that we forget the bigger picture. We are part of a running community, and we have to lift each other up. And when we do that, we also lift ourselves up. — Mags

As a former runner, I am always so inspired when I watch races and cheer runners on. Not only inspired to run, but to do so many things. To get up and make it happen. Thanks for the reminder Mag!
